OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:
The supplier partnership and engagement audit specialist is responsible for executing regularly scheduled audits of supplier documentation, reporting audit results, and remediating all noncompliant documents to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. The supplier audit specialist interacts with AgileOne team members and supplier partners globally.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct client program specific supplier audits as defined in the standard audit process document and as scheduled on the audit calendar.
• Provide comprehensive audit reports and dashboards.
• Maintain the audit process document and audit calendar.
• Remediate noncompliance issues found during audits.
• Maintain supplier and supplier contact data.
• Run monthly certificate expiration reports that show all certificates that have expired or will expire during the month and collect updated certificates from suppliers. Validate the certificates collected, upload them the AgileOne technology, and update the expiration date.
• Continuous risk assessments and mitigation performance improvement activities.
• Responsible to provide real time updates weekly on all audit activities
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience working with audits, process management, continuous improvement and change management.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Any degree (or equivalent), plus 3-5 years + combined experience in staffing and/or VMS/supplier management arena; or, equivalent years of combined education and professional experience.

LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS (written & verbal):
This position requires fluent English. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Ability to present information effectively and to respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. German and / or Swedish would be an advantage.

COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Working knowledge of computers including Windows environments, email, and the internet. Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio. Ability to quickly learn AgileOne proprietary technology.

Minimal (less than 10%)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Office or home office based role with associated lifting of minimal equipment, sitting / standing, repetitive actions.
