Role Overview
As a Client Services Professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational and administrative excellence for AgileOne’s Managed Services Provider (MSP) programme, supporting one of the "Big Four" multinational professional services firms. This account is both high-value and strategically significant, demanding a detail-oriented, proactive individual with outstanding communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of contingent workforce programmes.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining integrity, accuracy, and compliance in daily operations using the SAP Fieldglass platform. You will collaborate with managers, suppliers, and contingent workers across the UK, contributing to client satisfaction and the success of a fast-paced, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Programme Operations

  • Manage the end-to-end contingent workforce process through SAP Fieldglass, including requisition creation, supplier engagement, candidate tracking, and onboarding.

  • Oversee approval workflows and ensure timely role fulfillment aligned with SLAs and KPIs.

  • Conduct CV screenings, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

2. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams.

  • Provide training and continuous support on SAP Fieldglass functionalities and AgileOne processes.

  • Foster effective communication with all stakeholders, ensuring a responsive and professional approach.

3. Data Integrity & System Accuracy

  • Configure and maintain Fieldglass components such as job templates, rate cards, user permissions, and compliance records.

  • Ensure documentation, including hiring records and screening evidence, is accurate, auditable, and easily accessible.

  • Generate and distribute regular reports and dashboards for client and programme leadership.

4. Compliance & Financial Administration

  • Facilitate worker onboarding and ensure pre-employment checks comply with client policies.

  • Manage the weekly timecard approval process and resolve discrepancies efficiently.

  • Partner with AgileOne’s billing team to verify invoice accuracy and meet processing timelines.

  • Address policy exceptions or risks that may pose legal or regulatory challenges.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in contingent workforce or staffing operations, preferably within an MSP or professional services environment.

  • Proficiency with SAP Fieldglass or equivalent VMS platforms is essential.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and an aptitude for learning new systems.

  • Solid understanding of UK labour compliance requirements and contingent workforce management best practices.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, HR, Operations, or a related field.

Additional Information

  • Location: On-site in London, UK, with potential for hybrid working.

  • Languages: English fluency required.

  • Travel: Minimal (up to 5%) for client meetings or AgileOne team activities.
