OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:
The AgileOne Implementation Project Manager is responsible for managing and executing AgileOne Implementations using AgileOne’s Implementation Methodology based on industry best practices and knowledge. The Implementation Project Manager will lead the Project Team and workstreams while leading the discovery, design and deployment of the AgileOne solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for managing multiple projects to implement AgileOne solutions to external and internal stakeholders
  • Managing the end to end project lifecycle, project plans, budgets, resources and issue escalation, as well as reporting status and findings to the Senior Leadership Team
  • The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for tracking the quality of project management performed for all projects under their responsibility.
  • This individual is responsible for reviewing project deliverables as well as tracking appropriate project metrics
  • The individual is expected to provide leadership and innovations to AgileOne project and implementation management processes as well as regular input regarding “field” observations to contribute to the future direction of system applications and performance.
  • Establish, monitor and communicate all schedule-related information as needed to successfully meet key stakeholders project objectives during AgileOne Client Implementation(s).
  • Act in a consultative role to AgileOne customers and Client Services teams during the systems implementation phase or on additional projects as assigned.
  • Establish routine, ongoing communication processes as needed to ensure all project stakeholders have current, relevant information.
  • Facilitate fact-finding sessions, conference calls and other communications as needed to lead projects to successful outcomes meeting client business needs and objectives.
  • Consult with Solution Architecture and Technical teams for appropriate technology and process recommendations, including all decisions related to system implementation, configuration, and design.
  • Work with project schedules, contracts, 3rd party vendors, and other divisions of AgileOne
  • Provide account executive and customer point of contact for accountability in problem resolution.
  • Seek advice from Solution Architecture team regarding all client requests for system integration, enhancements, and miscellaneous functional requirements.
  • Document implementation procedures that can be utilized post implementation.
  • Ensure a successful blend between technical solutions and business requirements.
  • Partner with project management leadership to drive the future direction of applications.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, in a fast paced environment.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • This individual will have strong experience in project management, ideally within an HR or Staffing environment
  • The individual will have experience leading teams, process management/continuous improvement.
  • Experience of implementing technology solutions is highly desirable
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Strong teamwork skills • Good ability to engage stakeholders across various levels of seniority
  • Ability to use technology products to support project delivery

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) (or equivalent) or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.

LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS (written & verbal):

  • • Must be fluent in English; any other language skills desirable
  • • Ability to capture minutes and actions from meetings in English
  • • Ability to read, analyse, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations in English.
  • • Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public in English.
  • • Ability to communicate with multi-level client contacts and all internal contacts in a clear and professional manner in English.

COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Working knowledge of computers including Windows environments, email, and the internet. Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Visio. Ability to quickly learn proprietary technology.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT:
Ability to travel to other locations or countries, with notice, to facilitate client meetings or projects - 10%

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Office or home office-based role with associated lifting of minimal equipment, sitting / standing, repetitive actions.
