OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:
The Business Intelligence Data Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytical datasets that support internal teams and external MSP clients within the contingent workforce ecosystem.
This role is highly technical and execution-focused, emphasizing Power BI report development, data modeling, SQL, DAX, and analytical problem solving. The analyst works with large, complex datasets related to contingent labor programs (e.g., spend, suppliers, requisitions, bill rates, compliance, tenure, diversity, and performance metrics) and translates business requirements into accurate, high-performing, and visually intuitive reporting solutions.

JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience
LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS (written & verbal):
This position requires fluent English. Prefer candidates who have multi-language skills. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Ability to present information effectively and to respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Working knowledge of computers including Windows environments, email, and the internet. Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Visio. Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL and Excel. Knowledge of Microsoft data platforms (Azure, Fabric preferred). Ability to learn proprietary AgileOne technologies
