OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:
The Sales Engagement Executive – EMEA is responsible for generating new business opportunities through structured outreach, event-driven engagement, and proactive relationship development across target accounts.
The role supports the EMEA sales organisation by creating qualified introductions and early-stage opportunities for Enterprise Sales Leaders, with a focus on engaging senior stakeholders across Procurement, HR, and C-suite functions.
This position operates within a senior commercial environment and requires consistent interaction with internal sales leadership and external stakeholders. It provides exposure to complex, multi-country workforce solutions across multiple service lines and contributes directly to pipeline generation and revenue growth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Outreach & Pipeline Creation
- Execute targeted outbound outreach aligned to priority accounts, campaigns, and events
- Research organisations and stakeholders to support personalised engagement
- Generate new business meetings and introductions with qualified prospects
- Maintain consistent activity levels to support pipeline growth across EMEA
- Event Engagement & Network Development
- Support pre-event targeting, outreach, and meeting scheduling
- Engage with stakeholders at events to build relationships and generate opportunities
- Develop and maintain an active network of prospective clients across key markets
- Executive Events & Client Experience
- Support the coordination and execution of hosted client events and private dinners
- Manage invitations, attendance tracking, and pre-event engagement
- Ensure a high-quality experience for attendees aligned to AgileOne’s brand
- Opportunity Development & Sales Support
- Create and log qualified opportunities within Salesforce
- Support Enterprise Sales Leaders in early-stage opportunity development
- Coordinate follow-ups, meeting actions, and ongoing engagement activity
- Internal Collaboration & Commercial Contribution
- Work closely with Enterprise Sales Leaders across EMEA to align on strategy and priorities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support campaigns and event activity
- Maintain accurate reporting of activity, engagement, and pipeline contribution
- Other duties as assigned

JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to senior stakeholders
- Commercially aware, with the confidence to engage at Director and C-suite level
- Proactive, curious, and motivated to develop a career in enterprise sales
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and outreach campaigns
- Resilient and driven, with a strong work ethic
- Background in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or B2B sales is highly desirable
- Experience in a 360 recruitment or business development role is particularly relevant
- Proven ability to engage clients, build relationships, and generate opportunities
- Exposure to sourcing, hiring processes, or workforce solutions is beneficial
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
A degree (or equivalent) is not required for this role; we value experience, drive, and commercial capability over formal qualifications
LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS (written & verbal):
This position requires fluent English. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Ability to present information effectively and to respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Working knowledge of computers including Windows environments, email, and the internet.
- Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) to track activity and manage pipeline
- Proficient in standard business tools, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Confident using email platforms and LinkedIn for outreach and engagement
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new systems and technologies

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
