OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION: In this role, you'll need to read potential candidates for an excellent cultural fit and engage candidates to work for our client. Strong communication skills are a core of success in this role since you'll often act as the point of communication between recruiters, hiring managers and candidates. You will also need to come up with creative strategies to find, attract and hire top candidates. You should be comfortable working alongside hiring managers and candidates, ensuring that expectations are exceeded and striving for the best recruitment experience. As a Recruiter, you are responsible for front cycle recruiting and staffing needs for all the roles.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Thinking outside of the box to find talent at every opportunity.
  • Accurately gather and discover necessary hiring requirements from hiring managers (department profiling)
  • Following sourcing strategies along with the Branch or Account Managers
  • Perform first interviews to ensure matching skills according to the JD.
  • Coordinate second interviews with GBS Manager for approval before submitting candidates to the client.
  • Coordinate interviews with US Client if needed.
  • Communicate with HR any new hire approval to start with the hiring-onboarding process.
  • Communicate with US Clients when candidates have signed contracts and coordinate kick offs.
  • Create, update and manage a pipeline of candidates
  • Utilizes Internet and web-based recruiting sources and systems to identify, manage information and source candidates.
  • Report on sourcing results/effectiveness, process improvement and lessons learned
  • Accurately and professionally convey to candidates an understanding of the business and requirements for each open position
  • Manage and track all requisition and candidate activity
  • To work mass openings and professional openings
  • Ensure that unsuccessful candidates are advised in a timely manner
  • Research markets, companies, teams, and role types based on industry.
  • Build pipelines of qualified and underrepresented candidates from a variety of sources, including accessing pools of talent from historically underrepresented groups in the tech industry. Create and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry.
  • Use high-quality qualitative and quantitative data to influence decisions and continuously improve outcomes. Produce weekly and monthly reports of KPIs
  • Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant with our Intranet
  • Training participation
  • Report KPIs needed for Sourcing, Screening, Submissions and Candidate´s Offer.
  • Register candidates’ information into the ATS or Excel Trackers in timely manner.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working with internet recruiting systems to include headhunting and posting of requisitions and tracking interview/hiring statistics.
  • In-depth knowledge/familiarity with web-based job boards, research and applicant tracking systems.
  • Proven ability to direct source, creation of effective Boolean stings, and identification of passive potential candidates.
  • Ability to handle a high-volume of openings while maintaining flexibility, professionalism and adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal, telephonic and e-communication skills.
  • Provide a good and timely client service by following up with Hiring Managers.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, work with little supervision and work well under pressure.
  • Problem solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Experience with high volume recruiting a must! Quick turnaround with quality candidates is key to success for our clients.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and work independently with a sense of urgency.
  • All viable candidates will be screened to client's hiring requirements.

JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
2 - 3 years of experience in recruiting to include sourcing candidates, interviewing and negotiating job offers.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.

LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS (written & verbal):
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations in English. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Ability to present information effectively and to respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Working knowledge of computers including Windows environments, email, and the internet. Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to quickly learn proprietary technology.
