Location: United Kingdom
5610
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Client Services Professional (CSP) to lead and optimise direct sourcing delivery for one of AgileOne’s premier clients — a global leader in professional services and a member of the Big Four. Based in the UK, you will take ownership of our direct sourcing strategy, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective talent acquisition through proactive engagement with pre-identified candidates and internal talent pools.
This is a strategic, delivery-focused role requiring expertise in talent sourcing, programme performance management, stakeholder collaboration, and VMS utilisation (SAP Fieldglass). As a pivotal link between the client’s hiring teams, AgileOne’s shared services group, and technology partners, you will drive service excellence and ongoing enhancements in direct sourcing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Direct Sourcing Ownership & Execution
-
Manage end-to-end direct sourcing requisitions within SAP Fieldglass, from demand intake to placement.
-
Utilise internal databases, referral campaigns, brand-led attraction strategies, and targeted sourcing to fill roles with pre-identified talent.
-
Conduct candidate shortlisting, quality screening, and timely submissions to hiring managers while maintaining alignment with the client’s brand.
-
Oversee shared services colleagues supporting direct sourcing from offshore delivery centres (e.g., Kraków SSC).
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Client Partnership
-
Serve as the primary contact for hiring managers, People Services, Procurement, and Business Operations regarding direct sourcing.
-
Lead requisition intake discussions to understand role requirements, the EVP, and hiring expectations fully.
-
Provide hiring managers with market insights, talent availability data, and strategic hiring recommendations.
-
Advocate for the benefits of direct sourcing, including improved time-to-fill, cost efficiency, and candidate quality.
3. Service & Programme Performance Management
-
Monitor and optimise direct sourcing KPIs, such as time-to-fill, submittal-to-interview ratios, candidate quality, and cost avoidance.
-
Generate and deliver insightful reporting, including MI packs, client dashboards, and performance analyses.
-
Proactively identify and address risks, gaps, or opportunities for improvement in sourcing outcomes.
-
Resolve process or system challenges impacting programme delivery in a timely manner.
4. Process Optimisation & Best Practice
-
Continuously refine and adapt direct sourcing processes to meet programme maturity, market conditions, and evolving client needs.
-
Create and maintain SOPs, hiring manager guides, and candidate engagement workflows specific to direct sourcing.
-
Collaborate with AgileOne’s Talent Marketing, Branding, and Innovation teams to enhance sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines.
Key Competencies
-
Strategic Sourcing Expertise: Proven ability to design and execute sourcing plans using active and passive channels.
-
Stakeholder Influence: Skilled at engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
-
Performance Management: Capable of tracking KPIs, diagnosing challenges, and delivering actionable improvements.
-
VMS Proficiency: Expertise in Fieldglass or similar systems, managing end-to-end requisitions and onboarding.
-
Candidate Experience Champion: Dedicated to ensuring every candidate interaction reflects the client’s values and brand.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Substantial experience in contingent workforce or talent acquisition delivery, preferably within an MSP or RPO direct sourcing model.
-
Hands-on experience managing requisition workflows and talent delivery through SAP Fieldglass or equivalent VMS platforms.
-
Demonstrated success collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements and meet tight deadlines.
-
Experience supporting or working within a large, global professional services organisation is a strong advantage.
