OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:
Senior Recruiter will provide full life cycle recruiting, sourcing, and/or perform recruiting support program for AgileOne's RPO/Power UP client(s) serviced. Duties and responsibilities include the ability to source and build relationships with candidates that prove fruitful overtime; building a virtual bench of ready candidates for the clients we serve. Coordinate communication with service team and ensure compliance to client and AgileOne policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Most experience to vetting candidates for Hiring managers or End clients
  • Capable to generate leads daily basis
  • Capable selling vacancies to non-active job seekers.
  • Highlight ability to build and maintain a robust candidate database.
  • Full life cycle recruiting support for our client's locations.
  • Create proper WIFM, Job ads and talent attractions strategies.
  • Utilizes Internet and web-based recruiting sources and systems to identify, manage information and source candidates.
  • Enters, maintains, and manages database information (Potentially utilizing several ATS and/ or ERM applications)
  • Report on sourcing results/effectiveness, process improvement and lessons learned.
  • Accurately gather and discover necessary hiring requirements from hiring managers (department profiling)
  • Accurately and professionally convey to candidates an understanding of the business and requirements for each open position.
  • Manage and track all requisition and candidate activity.
  • FUP notice consent to Check. Conduct reference and background checks (if applicable at client location)
  • Extend offers and facilitate negotiation (if applicable at client location)
  • Ensure that unsuccessful candidates are advised in a timely manner.
  • Train team on new process driven by client and/or AgileOne and Sister Companies
  • Communicate information regarding successes, challenges, and changes to designated leadership at client site(s) and AgileOne.
  • Facilitate team meetings, monitor workload of team, assist with performance reviews and/or provide feedback.
  • Liaison with client(s) on communication between customer and team
  • Elaborate Skill Market for clients (present candidates)
  • Research markets, companies, teams, and role types based on industry, financial state, recent acquisitions, and market events to drive sourcing strategies for current or upcoming roles
  • Build pipelines of qualified and underrepresented candidates from a variety of sources, including accessing pools of talent from historically underrepresented groups in the tech industry. Create and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry.
  • Use high-quality qualitative and quantitative data to influence decisions and continuously improve outcomes. Produce weekly and monthly reports of KPIs.
  • Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant with our Intranet.
  • Prepare candidate for the interview and fix resumes when is needed.
  • To work openings mass and professional roles. Since Direct Hires & Temp to Perm.
  • Verify and monitor invoicing.
  • Other special assignments and functional roles may be assigned; performs other duties as required.

REPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client/Candidate Satisfaction Survey distribution (twice a year)
  • Training participation
  • Follow up with candidates via 4x30 calls, call back interviewed candidates in the last month to offer new job ops for AgileOne and sister companies’ social media.
  • Report KPIs needed for Sourcing, Screening, Interviews, Submissions and Starts/Placements.
  • ATS registers for candidates in timely manner.
  • Other reporting as indicated.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience working with Internet recruiting systems to include developing and posting of requisitions and tracking interview/hiring statistics.
  • Advance knowledge and master the tools given, such as OANet, ATS, Job Boards. Capability to create candidate´s profile, upload their resume information, and follow the process until the candidate is placed.
  • Able to create reports and interpretate the data obtained from Oanet or any other ATS.
  • In-depth knowledge/familiarity with web-based job boards, research and applicant tracking systems.
  • Proven ability to direct source, creation of effective Boolean stings, and identification of passive potential candidate.
  • Ability to handle a high-volume of openings while maintaining flexibility, professionalism and adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
  • Strong interpersonal, telephonic, and e-communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple work assignments, work with little supervision, and work well under pressure.
  • Problem solving skills and sound judgment.
  • Experience with high volume recruiting a must! Quick turnaround with quality candidates is key to success for our clients.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and work independently with a sense of urgency.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management (or equivalent) or related field desired.

JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
5+ years of experience in recruiting to include sourcing candidates, interviewing, and negotiating job offers.

LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS (written & verbal):
Must possess the ability to read analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Ability to present information effectively and respond to inquiries form groups of managers, clients, and the general public.
