Role Overview
As a Client Services Professional, you will play a critical role in delivering operational and administrative excellence for AgileOne’s MSP programme, supporting one of the "Big Four" multinational professional services firms. This account is highly complex, high-value, and strategically significant, requiring a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of contingent workforce programmes.
You will ensure the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of daily processes within the SAP Fieldglass platform, supporting managers, suppliers, and contingent workers across the UK. This is a key position for ensuring client satisfaction and operational success in a highly professional and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Programme Operations
- Administer the end-to-end contingent labour process using SAP Fieldglass, including requisition creation, supplier engagement, candidate tracking, and onboarding.
- Monitor approval workflows and ensure roles are filled in line with established service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs.
- Conduct CV screenings, shortlist candidates, and support interview coordination with hiring managers.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Deliver training and ongoing support to client users and suppliers on Fieldglass functionality and AgileOne processes.
- Maintain timely communication with all parties, ensuring responsiveness and professionalism.
- Data Integrity & System Accuracy
- Maintain Fieldglass configuration, including job templates, rate cards, user permissions, and compliance fields.
- Ensure all documentation (e.g., hiring records, screening evidence, agreements) is current, auditable, and easily retrievable.
- Generate and distribute regular reports and dashboards to client and programme leadership.
- Compliance & Financial Administration
- Coordinate new worker onboarding and ensure pre-employment checks are completed in line with client standards.
- Support the weekly timecard approval process and investigate discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with AgileOne's billing team to ensure invoice accuracy and timely processing.
- Escalate policy or process exceptions where risk, legal, or regulatory exposure may arise.

Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrable experience supporting contingent workforce or staffing operations, preferably within an MSP or professional services environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Fieldglass or alternative VMS platforms is essential.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and an ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Understanding of UK labour compliance requirements and contingent workforce best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interface with multi-level stakeholders, including suppliers, hiring managers, and internal teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, HR, Operations, or a related field.
Additional Information
- Location: Role is based in London, UK – 2 days per week in the office.
- Languages: English fluency required.
- Travel: Minimal (up to 5%) for client meetings or AgileOne team activities.
Other Job Compensation: This position has no additional compensation.
