OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:
Reporting to the Vice President Services Procurement, Europe (vacant) and then Managing Director of Europe, the Director Procurement Solutions Europe will act as a Subject Matter Expert for all operational procurement solutions in Europe. This role is key to enabling, creating and expanding services procurement opportunities with existing and new prospective clients and is responsible for supporting the design of procurement solutions, developing and implementing procurement strategies for services, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality delivery in Europe.

This position will be pivotal in the development of new engagement opportunities, projects and delivery of engagements. The role will also bring forth new ideas for all AgileOne business, to keep AgileOne in the forefront of the services procurement outsourcing & consulting field.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for supporting the design, development, and implementation of new revenue generating procurement solutions within existing and new prospect clients to AgileOne.
  • Collaborates with Sales, Technology, Client Services and ETT teams to drive new Services Procurement revenue within sales, tech & operations strategy, act as Subject Matter Expert in this process.
  • Support the Client Services and sales teams in enabling opportunities for procurement solutions with existing customers and driving the diversification of existing client product portfolio in Europe.
  • Work closely with clients and prospects throughout the lifecycle of each engagement, focusing on delivering revenue, customer satisfaction and actively seeking opportunities for expansion.
  • Design & creation of relevant templates, deck, case studies, research, white papers, etc. to be used during the sales & operations lifecycle of procurement solutions in EMEA.
  • Design & creation of a business case & pricing models for procurement solutions in Europe.
  • Identify and build relationships with a network of strategic partners to enhance and support the procurement solutions delivery in Europe.
  • Collaborate with the SVP Data & AI transformation to support the procurement transformation in AgileOne through the use of (Generative)AI, ML, and LLM solutions.
  • Support with the design & creation of the structure, roles definition, and delivery model for procurement solutions in Europe.
  • Enable the internal capability of AgileOne by delivering insights on procurement solutions for AgileOne Europe, notably regarding contribution to ensuring Client Services, Sales, and SPE team members are suitably updated on services, strategies and terminology.
  • Advise on requirements for team of procurement experts (ESG, DE&I, GenAI, etc.) to successfully design & support the operational delivery of procurement solutions in Europe as the product is developed.
  • Conduct market & competitor analysis as well as data collection & research on the development of procurement solutions in Europe and other regions where we may consider expansion.
  • Identify the gaps & needs of data sources to support the procurement solutions design & delivery in Europe.
  • Support with development and implementation of scalable and efficient strategies to ensure consistent results and exponential growth.
  • Continually identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements regarding procurement solutions in Europe.
  • Support with fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment to contribute to the development of a high-performing service line.\
  • Enable ongoing Business Development by actively seeking other opportunities for AgileOne as well as the other verticals of the ACTOne Group.

JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • This individual will have strong proven experience in Revenue growth, Talent Solutions, Communication, Procurement, Consulting, Supplier management, and Operations.
  • Proven experience in consulting leadership, enabling business improvement solutions and delivering profitable engagements.
  • Demonstrated experience in operational and financial functions (such as profit & loss and budgeting) as well as associated tracking software systems and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of desktop computers and MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Outlook. MS Project and Internet access.
  • Ability to learn proprietary technology.
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws, across Europe
  • Experience with on-site/corporate operations with contingent staffing including staffing vendor management for Fortune 500/1000 clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications. Requires proficient English.
  • Able to prioritize multiple tasks without compromising service or quality.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) (or equivalent qualification) or equivalent combination of education, experience and training.

LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS (written & verbal):
This position requires fluent English. Multi-language skills in Dutch and German an advantage. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Ability to present information effectively and to respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Working knowledge of computers including Windows environments, email, and the internet. Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Visio. Ability to quickly learn proprietary technology.
