About the Role

We're expanding our Shared Services Centre in Kraków and are looking for a Client Services Professional to join our high-performing team.

In this role, you'll support a leading pharmaceutical client based in the Irish market. Working closely with client stakeholders, hiring managers, suppliers, and internal teams, you'll help ensure the smooth delivery of contingent workforce operations while maintaining a high standard of service and compliance.

You will play a key role in supporting programme activities, coordinating hiring processes, managing system workflows, and driving an exceptional experience for both clients and suppliers.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support daily MSP programme operations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
  • Manage requisitions, review candidate submissions, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding activities
  • Act as a liaison between the client, internal teams, and external staffing suppliers
  • Provide support and guidance on VMS processes and programme workflows
  • Monitor contracts, time approvals, extensions, and invoicing activities
  • Prepare regular programme reports and maintain audit-ready documentation
  • Collaborate with finance and operational teams to resolve billing and purchase order issues
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies

Our requirements

  • Proven experience in contingent workforce management, recruitment operations, staffing, HR services, or shared services environments
  • Experience working with a Vendor Management System (VMS) is highly desirable
  • Confidence in engaging with stakeholders, understanding business needs, and providing consultative support
  • Understanding of recruitment processes, contingent hiring, and workforce programmes
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with data, trackers, and operational documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
  • Fluent English (C2 proficiency) is essential; additional European languages are an advantage
