We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Client Services Professional (CSP) to support a UK-based Contingent Talent programme, focused on sourcing and managing Contingent Workers (CW) (contractors) through an AgileOne Managed Service Provider (MSP) model.
This role is responsible for supporting the end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle across both SAP Fieldglass (Vendor Management System - VMS) and the client’s internal Direct Sourcing platform (Beamery). This includes job requisition management, candidate sourcing, talent pipelining, screening, onboarding coordination, and assignment tracking.

The position plays a key role in delivering high-quality contingent talent outcomes while ensuring full compliance with programme processes, governance, and audit requirements.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for contract roles using multiple channels such as Beamery, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks
  • Deliver direct sourced contingent talent to reduce reliance on external suppliers and agencies
  • Build, maintain, and proactively engage talent pipelines, leveraging known contractors, alumni, and silver medallists
  • Support talent recycling and redeployment strategies to maximise use of existing talent pools
  • Manage and maintain candidate data within Beamery, ATS platforms, and other systems, ensuring accuracy, segmentation, and effective pipeline organisation
  • Execute targeted outreach and engagement campaigns to attract and retain high-quality candidates
  • Support the full contingent worker lifecycle, including sourcing, qualification, interview coordination, work order creation, onboarding, and assignment start
  • Track candidates and workers through Fieldglass workflows from requisition through to onboarding and activation
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders, supporting or leading intake discussions and aligning on role requirements
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline progress, sourcing activity, and market insights
  • Deliver a strong, consistent candidate experience throughout the sourcing and hiring lifecycle
  • Maintain accurate records across SAP Fieldglass and Beamery, ensuring data integrity across systems
  • Ensure compliance with programme governance, pre-employment screening requirements, IR35 (where applicable), and internal processes such as BRIDGE
  • Monitor key performance metrics including CV-to-interview ratios, time-to-fill, requisition ageing, and talent pool effectiveness
  • Use data and insights from Fieldglass and Beamery to drive continuous improvement in sourcing strategy and programme performance
