OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:
As a Talent Acquisition Professional, you will support recruitment activities across Europe, helping to attract, source, and hire talent for AgileOne's internal vacancies and providing sourcing support to AgileOne's RPO clients as required.
Working closely with hiring managers and the HR team, you will manage recruitment processes, support employer branding activities, and help ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. This role requires strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to talent acquisition while ensuring compliance with local recruitment regulations and company policies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure that recruitment and onboarding activities reflect AgileOne's values, culture, and commitment to providing a positive candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders across Europe to support recruitment activities according to business needs and timelines.
  • Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy intake through to offer stage.
  • Create and manage external and internal job postings across relevant platforms.
  • Source and engage active and passive candidates using a variety of sourcing methods and tools.
  • Develop candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Gain an understanding of hiring requirements and role specifications to support effective sourcing strategies.
  • Identify networking and talent attraction opportunities to increase candidate engagement and awareness of open positions.
  • Utilize social media and professional networking platforms to support recruitment and employer branding activities.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
  • Track recruitment activity and provide updates on sourcing progress and hiring activity.
  • Support the HR team in delivering a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across AgileOne to support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
  • Partner with the HR team for internal projects as required
  • When necessary, manage relationships with external recruitment agencies
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through continuous learning
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned

JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience of managing the full talent acquisition process, recruiting and resourcing
  • Experience of ATS and recruiting software
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive talent acquisition initiatives and influence key stakeholders

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Degree (or equivalent) in a business related subject or equivalent experience.

LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS (written & verbal):
This position requires fluent English. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Ability to present information effectively and to respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

COMPUTER/SYSTEM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Working knowledge of computers including Windows environments, email, and the internet. Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Visio. Ability to quickly learn proprietary technology.
