SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:  Assist and strengthen implementations of new AgileOne clients in all aspects of billing, discounts, rates and taxes.  Provide information to the suppliers relating to fees, discounts, calculation of taxes, CW setup, remittance information, etc on or around the go live date.  Provide ongoing support to the vendors for any billing and payment questions via a Billing Support Group (BSG) mailbox.  Work towards minimizing errors and adjustments by auditing data and adjustment requests.

DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:

  • Participate on all implementation calls for new AgileOne VMS clients, working with the Solutions Architect, Project Manager, GSS, On-site, MIS, and the Associate Director of Billing to define the requirements of the client, vendors and CW’s.
  • Review the corresponding MSA’s, subK’s, Configuration Summaries and CW data uploads to derive the Vendor Billing and Payment Summaries.
  • Email the Summaries to the vendors and resolve any noted discrepancies.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of AllSource CW data to Acceleration.
  • Audit vendor setup data in AE in comparison to vendor setup in ERP.
  • Assist as needed with some of the On-site duties including the TC Readiness testing, the Pre-export Validation and communication with the vendors regarding discrepancies noted. 
  • Create/maintain excel spreadsheets to compare/reconcile data using pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.
  • Review the On-site Adjustment Requests for pertinence and accuracy. 
  • Provide regular updates to the VMS manager and director
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Candidate must be detail oriented and be able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as on a team and be able to work in fast paced environment. Must have well-developed problem solving ability. 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Preferred Associates (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2 year college

JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 3 years of industry related experience. Or equivalent combination of education and experience

LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS REQUIRED (written & verbal):  Excellent verbal and written skills

        MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as mark-up percentages, bill rates, discounts, interest, and percentages. Ability to apply basic math concepts.     

        REASONING ABILITY: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
